Supported by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council as administered by the Acadiana Arts Council.
Workshops will be held at NuNu's Nightlite before the concert from 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 - 6:00 p.m.
Buz Sibley will teach Old Time fiddle and David Greely will teach Cajun fiddle.
Al Berard and Heather Cole Mullen will teach their techniques.
Students should be at the intermediate level or higher. The cost is $7. No refunds. You can also pay cash prior to the workshop but pre-registration by buying a workshop ticket online is recommended. There is a limit of 25 students for each workshop. When workshop is filled, calls will be taken and students added on a case by case basis (after conferring with Buz/David).
